The company was founded in Walnut Creek, Californian in 2003. They closed their doors in 2008, and after an attempted reformation in 2017, filed for bankruptcy in 2020. Their name appears on jewelry pieces manufactured for their licensed properties from 2003-2008. The name of the licensing company will also appear.
